Mr. Heejun (June) Park is the Representative Director of EIP Asset Management (EIP) and 100% shareholder of Energy Innovation Partners which is the first energy consulting & M&A advisory company focusing on outbound investments in US shale gas Upstream and Midstream, energy transition, energy infrastructure and power generation investments in Korea. From 2016 to 2018, he served as a Committee Member of Korea National Energy Council. Under his management, EIP Asset Management has Assets Under Management of $250 million and advised over $3 billion transaction size since its inception.

Mr. Park is a seasoned investment veteran who worked at No.1 shale gas producer EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT), a S&P 500 company located in core of Marcellus & Utica basin, over 15 years and the last position held was Vice President of Planning and Processing Improvement. As a Project Lead, Mr. Park led MLP IPO of EQT Midstream (NYSE: EQM) and numerous M&A transactions and restructuring.

He earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business.
Mr. Chang Hoon Lee is a Managing Director and Compliance Officer of Energy Innovation Partners and EIP Investment.

Prior to joining EIP family, Mr. Lee worked at Korea Investment Management Co., Ltd. for over 30 years and last position held was Executive Director and Compliance Officer of the firm. He was the key person to adapt internal Risk Management and Compliance regulation within the firm. Mr. Lee also served as President of Compliance Association in 2008 for a year.

He received a B.A. in Public Administration from Yonsei University and completed his Masters in Economics from Yonsei University.
Mr. Sang Yong Kim joined the EIP Asset Management as Executive Vice President of the company in September 2024. He’s role is to oversight and analyze existing investment portfolio as well as business developments.

Mr. Kim is an investment banking veteran with work experience over 30 years in risk management, infrastructure and corporate banking and managed over $4.3 billion. Last position held was Senior Vice President of Samsung Asset Management, a subsidiary of Samsung Financial Group.

Mr. Kim started his career at Samsung Life Insurance and managed over $1.5 billion worth funds.

He earned his MBA from Sungkyun Kwan University of Korea.
Mr. Jong Hui Nathan Choi is a Director at EIP Asset Management. Mr. Choi joined EIP Asset Management in 2022 and currently leading renewable business sector of the firm.

Mr. Choi is an investment banking veteran with work experience over 20 years in derivatives and commodity trading. Mr. Choi was stationed in Singapore whiling working in various top tier investment banks namely JP Morgan Singapore, Standard Chartered Bank Singapore, Hartree Partners and Straits Financial Singapore and main role was commodity trading, hedge fund management and energy commodity trading.

Mr. Choi started his career at Accenture Korea and moved to Societe Generale Korea.

He earned his bachelor degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
Mr. Jaehyuk (Jay) Chung is a Director at EIP Asset Management. Mr. Chung joined Energy Innovation Partners since its inception of 2013 and worked on various US Midstream and Downstream transactions. Mr. Chung was involved in numerous global loan syndication transactions such as US conventional and renewable power plant portfolio transactions led by LS Power, Dominion Resources, Starwood Energy Group, CPV, Ares-EIF, Caithness, Black & Veatch, etc. Also, Mr. Chung was involved in Utopia Ethane Pipeline acquisition project and Fund Manager for Utopia.

Prior to joining EIP, Mr. Chung worked as a Senior Associate at KPMG Singapore Management Consulting Department over three years. He performed audit work for more than twenty over companies, both domestic and multinational financial institutions in Singapore such as Deutsche Bank, Citibank, ANZ, Credit Suisse, ABN Amro, RBS, DBS, Korea Exchange Bank Singapore Branch, etc. He also performed review on large established financial, manufacturing, telecommunication industries and channel partner software companies covering locations in Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, UK and Thailand.

He attended University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign Master of Science in Policy Economics.
Ms. Seo Yoon Moon is a Manager at EIP Asset Management managing $100mm US solar PV development fund and $50mm Japan solar operating asset fund and involved in numerous R&D projects.

Ms. Moon is a Petroleum Engineer who currently supports various R&D projects within the Company. Ms. Moon’s technical expertise in Petroleum Engineering are pipeline flow assurance, evaluation of shale gas production,EOR (enhanced oil recovery), gas hydrates, etc. During her Master’s program, Ms. Moon wrote several academic papers in flow assurance in petroleum production system.

She earned her BS and MS in Petroleum Engineering (Simulation for Flow Assurance in Petroleum Production Pipeline) from Korea Maritime and Ocean University.
Mr. Ji Ho Park joined EIP Asset Management in 2023 as the IPO fund manager in charge. Mr. Ji Ho Park currently manages $25mm domestic IPO funds.

Mr. Ji Ho Park earned his BS in Business from Hanyang University of Korea.
Ms. Haeri Hong joined EIP Asset Management in 2021 and currently supports EIP PIS Fund 1 & 2.

Ms. Hong earned her BS from Kwang Woon University.
Mr. Sang Wook Lee joined EIP Asset Management in 2024 and currently managing 6 IPO funds as fund manager.

Prior to joining the EIP Asset Management, he worked at Astra Asset Management, Tomato Investment Advisory and Chooncheon National Credit Union Federation of Korea as Associate.

Mr. Lee earned BS in Business and Finance from Hanlim University.
Ms. Yeon Soo Ryu joined EIP Asset Management in 2023 as a corporate secretary supporting Representative Director's schedule and overall business administration.

Prior to joining EIP Asset Management, Ms. Ryu worked at Youhwa Securities and Samsung S1 as associate.

She earned her marketing business BS from Kyunghee Cyber University.

Mike has had 40 years of experience leading hundreds of project finance transactions in the power, oil & gas, mining, paper, carbon capture, telecom and infrastructure sectors. Mike has long-established relationships with individuals at developers, consultants, and leading financial institutions. At HSH Nordbank, Ambac, Deutsche Bank, Credit Lyonnais, Banca Intesa and FGIC, Mike has led project finance teams to structure and underwrite loans and manage multibillion portfolios. Mike has an MBA, LLB and BA.
Mr. Watson has over 30 years of energy and project finance experience, focusing on originating, negotiating, closing, restructuring and monitoring debt financings. Mr. Watson worked for Progress Energy where he structured and priced complex merchant power transactions. At Dresdner Bank, David structured, analyzed and managed project finance transactions and at HSH Nordbank financed numerous wind projects.

Darrick W. Eugene is a licensed attorney.Mr. Eugene has experience with state law and regulations regarding a variety of regulated industries including oil and gas, carbon sequestration, renewable energy and utilities. Mr. Eugene completed the interconnect agreement for a major wind farm in the state and helps renewable energy developers navigate the Texas Tax Code to receive valuable tax incentives. Mr. Eugene is skilled in legislative drafting and is responsible for state legislation and rules overseeing carbon reductions through geologic storage.
